I'd like for the afk's to not be kicked.
I have played on multiple servers where they do just that as it increases the rank, plus more players will join when they see there are more players playing.
Also, can the team balance be set so it doesn't switch back players when an admin switches them? I can easily play against 4-5 players alone and having me and 2 noobs on one side vs 3 noobs on the other isn't really fair. So I switch my noobs to their team but when the round switches back they go back.

But how we will measure how much someone played for VIP, that, way it will become harder, plus how about the rare situations where there are too many specs and ppl can't join because of server full. I know these are quite rare situations, but little I know this would be exploited as fuck.
At the moment they got kicked after 6 minutes in spec and additional 1.5 minutes afk and I think that is enough.

Team balance has no freaking idea what are you doing and I don't see in pursuable future to be able to read your thoughts.
And I got your point, that does not work in your specific case (maybe in many more too), but imagine its the opposite plus Lolumad is in the bigger team, I think second would be more harmful generally.

There are admins everytime there is boost. They can regulate it, kick the afks. Besides if someone is afk all the time we can see it and if he asks for vip we can confront him.

Yeah, this reminds me...
I don't like seeing admins fulfilling "birthday wishes" to some vip players that dislike the team they're on, and want to be on the side with tactical advantage. I've seen admins that play only terrorists in maps where ct's have a vip and terrorists have awp. An admins job is to keep the server well balanced so players won't leave, not just farm kills.
I enjoy playing against lolu because I like pulling the team, bringing victory, not us two basically raping a whole team.
The hierarchy is usually lolu, then the apostle, linux and then me. So if we are playing we should play lolu and me, apostle and linux for it to be fair.
If there are only 2 admins, they must be in a seperate team. If there are 3, the most powerful one goes alone, with a vip or a few players more on his side.

Most of the Admins and VIPs want to join LOLUMAD's team. And players from the other side leave. We are literally making a strong team stronger.
