Should We Join CLARION Community?

Alright folks, listen up.
After having an important chat with the Head Admin Maverick, we came to conclusion that we can actually do something about this server "being great again".
For it is, I've suggested joining the gaming community. The main goal for the whole community is being successful, big, popular - and so on. To achieve that, communities are uniting the groups of people (in this case, servers) that are cooperating in order to be successful.
Concretely, I'm talking about joining the Clarion Community.

It was founded by gamers (CS 1.6 players) from Ex/Yu countries, and as it is, mostly of players are from Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro...
The community is working well even now, considering it's main theme is CS 1.6. They're also expanding on other games, otherwise they would stagnate. As for the CS 1.6 servers, they have three servers that have taken the place in top 100 in Gametracker.rs. Deathmatch being first in it - impressive feat.
Nonetheless, for community to be even more successful, they also have quite a lot of players from other countries. Some of them are admins or even moderators of the community.

My idea about it is - to join them. What would we gain from it?
More players, more admins, cooperating with others and such benefits that community should give.
It's simply better than being on our own. And we barely have any players.
Since we have a mode that isn't that much common to players, we just might have a chance to give them someting unusual.

Their conditions shouldn't be that strict, as long as we can cooperate.
The mode shall stay as it is. Nothing should be changed about that. The name server should have added prefix of the community. It will hold the name: CLARION - Awesome Cars and Fun Maps or someting like that.
We will have added subforum in their forum. From there, we can gain on admins by applications, give them slot, VIP, answer to their questions, take their critiques - like we did in our part. We should have accounts there also - if we are accepted, we will have our supposed ranks in there.

There's a lot of benefits and pretty much no restrictions. They have their rules that we might have to respect, but that's what made their community be quite succesful at this time.

Feel free to ask and give your opinions about that.

That is the community, not the server only. It has many servers. The whole point of this is joining them with our server.

We'll take some measures about that.
If you meant the boost by sending a message, it would be worth doing it after we get to the community. We got to try this because it might be the way to get the players.

It seems like we will get more exposure from much more people naturally. And in the eye of someone that might look like a sellout, but I think it does not matter if the situation is win-win for both sides.

it is good option to merge those two communities, but what about the clarion gaming their website, is on their own lang ( serbian ) i think, maybe they should concider doing it an understandable lang for everyone, which site will be used, will they work for us as we will work for them, will they be nice, there are so many questions to ask. Ask yourself if they agree to merge their community with ours which has ' 1 server at all '. but still i think this is good idea.

They do have English parts of the forum. Mostly of them have to use English daily anyway. They have a lot of foreign players as well. I speak Serbian anyway, I can be your translator, dealer and such. We may also get some admins from Ex/Yu countries that will be trusted with checking up the subforum, besides me.

And their forum is far superior to ours. Many of coders have been working there, and some of them are still upgrading the forum. I didn't mean merge by it's regular term. We'll have our part (subforum) there and our private room for admins, but the rest is the community's property. We might keep this forum ongoing anyway.
Anyway, if you want to add some of our forum elements to their, they may consider that and add it. It may prove useful to them too.

It is very naive to think that they will do anything about it, cause they are the big dog here.
