Monthly Quests/Tasks

Hey guys ..................
So I was thinking, what if we add some kind of monthly quests or tasks for players and then reward the players that complete them with something (It can be anything foe eg.: Temporary VIP, Temporary skins, Permanent skins, etc.)
I think this would really make people gain some more interest in playing the game regularly on our server because as of now, I think that the only motivation that people have to play on our server is to get VIP and the VIP looks kinda crowded at this point........
So, How about this or anything that you guy might suggest..............
We could also post some cool videos on youtube and stuff about this

We can keep a couple of missions to get VIP for a month,etc.

Perfect idea. This will attracted and hold more players.
Some rewards (temporary VIP status, admin skins, vip shop ...) may be for month or week.

I suggest first quest will be "Kill 3 times LOLUMAD on same map". Mission Impossible

Panther idea is good.
I agree with him that some player's need to do some "tasks" so that they can get rewards like Skins,Temporary VIP,Custom shop and others
Lately the server feels kinda empty they aren't that many people that play maybe with the idea of Panther new player's can get kinda "motivated".
I think that it will be better if a player who wants to get rewards must do 4,5 days tasks that admin gives him.
For example: An admin can give him a task like to get a status 25/0 on a certain map like Chopper_attack, awp_snowfun2 whatever the admin chooses and if the player fails then he won't get rewarded the player must do all the tasks perfect in order to get rewarded if he does this then he will get reward with (temporary VIP status or Skins) for a week.
Then if he continues to complete his tasks for a month without failing then Maverick maybe can decide if he can make him a VIP Member.
Also remove normal player's option of skins let them be with normal skins like before and add new skins.
If someone else has ideas about tasks share them on this topic.

Okay, player skins now are as they used to be in the past.
And yes this is a really great idea, but I would like to ask you everyone think of one challenge that he wants to see on the server, so we can make a list of 10 for example and the challenge can be called on admin's name.
In terms of the reward they can be any of this:

Here are a few examples that I could come up with for tasks:
1.) Get a specific number of kills on the same map in a row without dying
2.) Get 150-200 kills within 24 hrs.
3.) Get 25 kills by using famas/galil on awp_snowfun2
4.) Kill LOLUMAD thrice on the same map XD(super impossible)(Hypothetical) (no offence)
5.) Get 10 kills from deagle/dual(or any pistol that you guys can suggest) on the same map
6.) Survive 3 rounds by using only knife on a map

Rewards need to be given according to the difficulty of tasks
Eg.- VIP for a month, a day, a week, premium for a day/week/month(without amx commands because if we give amx commands, many kids will start playing unnecessarily with them) ; Special "quest skins" that we can add and reward players permanently if they complete specific tasks



Also, the tasks/quests need not be monthly, we can update new ones on a more regular basis as well and give players "player specific tasks" as well which will be limited only to those players (Naturally, those players have to be regular with their tasks)
