Welcome to the forum mate, I hope you keep playing and be regular and I am sure you would get approved in those 30 days required to pass while we decide if you worth it.
I want to say something very important to you Santa, It's very nice that you want free VIP, but I gaged you for swearing mostly not one time, so if you become a VIP and If you keep swearing and insulting other players, your VIP will be revoked.
If you don't play in the server 1 week your VIP will be revoked again.
