Hey hello thanks for the report, as I wrote in the comment of the video I feel like this is how the game actually works. But will keep looking at him more for sure.

here I have a similar video from cs go and it looks similar. I guess that is how the game works

I guess what you can do is check if with other players is the same, like the ones you know, are not using anything.
