I have the chance to observe Onur for myself and say "No" to his admin application mainly for those two reasons:
- doesn't meet the requirement of a minimum age of 13 to even post an application for test admin
- doesn't understand and speak English at the required level to be helpful to other English speaking players
Other minor reasons for why I think Onur should not be admin:
- he's behaviour is immature and there is nothing wrong with that, but it's not suitable for someone of the admin team
- he likes to spam a lot
- in my opinion, he doesn't understand when someone is using hacks or is actually breaking the rules and that may lead to many unnecessary punishments if it's up to him to judge those players on his own
Onur is a friendly and regular player, very active on the forum and good VIP, but in my oppinion, he is just not suitable for admin. Being admin is not that different than being AwesomeVIP in terms of gameplay, but there is a huge difference in responsibilities.
Another thing I want to comment is about what Maverick said here:

he gets enough support from other admins I will give him a chance to try, I will just ask if you approve or disapprove to give a reason why that is your genuine opinion.
So if Onur gets enough support he gets a chance, but when Sashkata get support from all admins he doesn't? Hmm, interesno...
