I have noticed many distortions of players by teasing other players by playing music through the microphone or swearing them, these people will be punished. I will tell about the server of friends and they then on theirs, and in this way the server will be advertised. really I think I can handle my position and please the admins for a second chance.
Hello Sashkata, thank you for making the effort to apply again as well as playing regularly in the server again. In regards to your application, I would say the same thing what I said to all people who have been in the same situation as you are now. There is no point of making you again an admin just to remove you later one for the same reasons I removed you in the first place.
Your second application would make sense if you have changed in such a way that my criterions for being an admin are fulfilled in some shape or form, but that rarely ever happens in people for years let alone for a couple of months. So people are in such a state of mind that I would like to see or they are not and you are not one of them, unfortunately.
Well honestly, Sashkata you have not proved as a good admin the first time you applied, i had good hopes that you will show your skill, but you didn't do much. Now, again, people change. Here they mostly not, but there are cases when they do.
As we might see, there aren't any active admins, besides Badboy. Which is quite unfortunate, as he's the only admin that we have. I would like to see more people apply, and for that sole reason i would like to see you in my admin team as well.
Some might not agree with me, but i believe that you will do your best, and if not i would be deeply disappointed by you, and you would lose the only support you get from the admin team.

I think if anyone deserves a second chance that would be SashkataPro3. I believe him when he says that he wants to be admin to help the server, not for status, and the main evidence is that he still hasn't quit the server even after many others did. His biggest mistake when he was test admin was his uncertainty and the need to always seek approval before doing something instead of doing what he thinks is right, always asking Maverick "should I gag this player? for how long?" and etc. I see that he has acknowledged that about himself and for that I think he needs to be given second chance. So i approve SashkataPro3 for second try on test admin.

- За първи път бях админ събсем логично, е че ще имам трудности с командите, но за тези 2 месеца се научих как да ги използвам, и гагвах хората с по малки нарушения с 10мин., като пример пускане на музика през микрофона, не си ме виждал когато гагвам тези, които постоянно псуват и така нататък.

Всеки един човек е полезен за сървъра, защото без хора няма забавление, без хора няма игра, съответно без мен сървъра е без един добър и добронамерен човек, който през цялото време мисли с какво да помогне на този сървър. Всеки един админ е полезен стига да бъде и човек, не само да киква и да банва.

- С извинение ама това е напълно глупаво, ако съм целял да разширя випа си, защо ми беше да се трудя като идиот само всички да са доволни и да чакам в продължение на месеци да се подготвям, за да се справя като админ, това е лична обида към мен, мислех че най-сетне някой ме разбира какво целя и защо го правя, ясно го написах в поста ми. People change. Unlike other admins who lost adminship, Sashkata has shown devotion and earned respect from me for that. When Sashkata said he will apply again in 3 months i highly doubted that would happen. But here we are after 3 months and it happened. For the first time someone actually didn't leave us unlike Fury, Zonix, pvZero, and all other admins who left after not passing the test period. That is what a devoted person does.
This is not a job application, and we are doing it for the sake of fun. Earning 0 cash for what we do, and for that this shouldn't be treated with a high criteria.
We are all friends here, and Sashkata is one of the rare persons I have no bad words for.
We are making people leave because of our stubbornness. I have already managed to reduce the admin application requirements.
We are more strict about adminshipthan any other CS server, and i have played on many.
I would like to see Sashkata in my admin team
