Guess i'm late here. I have noticed some stuff between Onur and Gladiator few months ago, but I never payed attention. So Onur basically reported Gladiator for Hacking >>>>.

I reviewed the report and found no hacks. You can watch it yourself.
Then i went in-game to spectate him under hidden name, and couldn't find anything either.
Later i saw Maverick banned him, and i was like "guess he did something bad"
Until i saw Onur today (14.8.2018) report some guy and ask to be banned cuz he SUSPECTS its Gladiator.
I got annoyed that everyone can get banned from chat because someone THINKS he is hacker.
So i wanted to investigate this stuff more and looked into this report, cuz somehow i didn't look it up earlier. Probably was not active at the time or whatever.
And then i see Mavericks short movie he cut of Gladiators gameplay, that was supposedly "Silent Aim".
I don't know why people use the term Silent Aim without knowing how it actually works and looks.
The basics of Silent Aim, is that its nothing special. It's just a normal aim with CUserCmd packets which don't change your local view angles. So it looks like youre not aiming at him and still headshotting him. Its supposed to be "Silent" even thought its not very hard to see.
On the video Maverick shared here, you can see gladiator killing people without aiming at them.
The answer for why is this not silent aim is simple. Let me explain.
-Silent aim always, always, headshots on the first bullet. we can see here Gladiator spraying before getting a kill.
-Why does he kill players without aiming at them you ask? If you played at least little of cs 1.6, you would know that when spraying with your weapon, your bullets fly everywhere. They dont shoot in the straight line, but rather everywhere else.
Get an AK-47 or how its called in cs Civil Defender, and spray fully in a group of players or a single one. You will kill someone at least in 50% of cases.
-In the last kill on the Montage Maverick showed, he didnt even get a headshot, and you can see that in all kills he fully sprays and then one bullets gets a hit.
Like we act as we have never played cs. Very oftenly if you spray with m4 or ak your bullet will hit someone, and in many cases headshot.
Skip to 00:30 in this video, thats how Silent Aim works. Just for the next time when u suspect someone, you will know what to look for

-My final answer is that this ban is injustfull. If you are not sure about something, ask others. Don't play dice and think well maybe he has or not . We don't have many players anyways, and our ban list was not so small until recently.
Also btw, I have noticed that people, and especially Onur, report people via forum chat. Don't do this, you have report section.
Just because u suspect someone is someone, that doesnt mean you are right. Isn't that a bit selfish?
I hope this reply will have any type of effect, or at least will serve for future, so we don't get in situations like this.
