Rules apply to all the members of the server, including admins. This is a non biased conclusion based on the screenshot player ?!WTF!? made.
And as i only accept forum reports as valid evidence, i have taken actions against you according to the rules. Punishment is 1 week for forum reports of any kind.

If you were right or not in this case, it doesn't matter really cuz he has taken screenshots of you swearing his nationality and that's enough evidence for a punishment. What happened after or what caused it i have no clue of or anything other then this screenshots.
