Hello and thank you first of all for reading the rules and applying properly for the first time.
With that said you would need to be approved by couple admins and after 3 or 4 weeks of regularity in the server, you for sure will get to the point to deserve an AwesomeVIP. That way people will have a chance to get to know you better.
