Camp Meter

So, this has been problem for quite a long time now. People camping and slowing the game flow. When there aren't any Online Admins, people can camp freely without any consequences. Especially on the big maps such as big_city2, crazytank maps , etc..
It gets really annoying doesn't it. You want to play but you can't cuz some guy decided to camp his ass and wait till the timer goes on 00:00. Don't get me wrong, Defending isn't the same as Camping. Defending is securing the plant site, while camping is sitting somewhere without a real reason then "I wanna sit here" or "Look how smart am i".
So i propose implementation of "Camp Meter". Any kind of Camp Meter, as long as it does the job.

I agree to! It is pretty annoying especially when you play and the timer is sitting on 00:00 for more 2-3 minutes, because we cant find the camper...

Back back in the day we used to have it, but was removed due not that great acceptance, maybe now it will be better. The thing is you still can camp even with it cause it count how many time you didn't move, but on big city 2 camp lager for example you still can move and stay in it. We shall see if at least have preventing effect.
