About Admins on the Server

Whats up everybody Roller here and in this episode we will do.... JK But again me, making a complain in suggestions.
But i have to. The problem is. Too many people want to become an admin of our server. Don't take me wrong people, server does need admins, but not our. Look at it at this way - Our server is 21 slot type of server, which is most of the time not full. So lets say our average number of players is 10-12. Its full Afternoon and before midnight, then it gets empty after midnight and till the morning. "Ok Roller get to the point". The point is we already have a huge amount of admins, ten. 6 server admins, 2 administrators and 2 moderators. For such a small community like ours, 10 admins is more then enough. I'm not saying anyone should get its rights removed, im just saying we don't need anymore admins. It's like, you know, people make an admin application, saying how they want to help and improve server bla bla , but in reality they only care about admin power, and amx_commands. At least thats what i saw.
Again with my server but, in our community (speaking of my ZM mod server) we would open application only when we need admins. And when we would get the amount we want we would just close it. Here it's open always, even tho we have enough of the admins on the server. Sometimes there's more admins then players. And the fact that it's always open even tho we don't need anymore admins, that's when spams in admin application happen by people like Fun Da King and his "Me no spek english" "I am a boy pls vip" crew. So think about it. Do we really need more admins?

About ADMINS like i have told you earlier that i don't comment , it's your and Nojarq's choice whoever they like however, i would like to add once we were worried about "SO MANY VIPs on SERVER" , how to make it hard for people to become VIP , started removing old VIPs and now the same mistake with the Admins , so many admins . I predict it'll be a hard time for you after 1,2 months when there'll be more admins than players, and how to remove them etc.

I think that it should be professional like old days e.g: after some months , an Announcement about ADMINS like "Konkurs za Admina/Competition for ADMINS" and from the list of applications, selecting the most deserving ones! (Like last year April/March).
In that way there'll be a limit , if someone leaves within that period we'll have place for another admin in his place.
It used to be like this before i guess but since the forum came people made their own rules , applying for admin in VIP Section themselves although there was no announcement or anything . which ruined the "VIP Section" of the forum , last time and this time too ..

So what do you suggest closing Admin Application and opening it only when there is a need?

Yes. Close it until you need more admins. Which i doubt you'll need any time soon.

You are so goddamn right Roller! In the most of the time there are a lot of Admins in the server! I think it is a pretty good suggestion, but it is also a big step! Maverick and his crew have to decide it. And good job
