Deathmatch

Alright guys, again with the Deathmatch. So the thing is, none really likes deathmatch. I mean there's always the ones who like it, but they are outnumbered. As i recall this server is fun/public type of, and i don't see any connection with words "fun" and "deathmatch". Maybe it was fun when it was implemented earlier since it was a new thing on the server, but now people leave as soon as it starts. Example today, as soon as DM started, people started leaving, and the ones who left probably don't even know what is deathmatch. So the server went from 12 to 6 people playing in a matter of minutes after DM started. And it happens every day. Now you ask what i want, and what i want is simple. I want it to be removed. No i don't ask for it to be 1 hour later because that solves nothing. People still don't like DM and they will leave as soon as it starts. If you want any proof just look at this.

As soon as DM starts (23:00) our Online Player statistic goes dowwnnnnn, to dept of the Earth. Our player base gets hammered to the ground when DM starts. Smashed with full force, knocked down like a disarmed warrior. So i ask again our lord and savior Maverick to heed my call, and remove this "thing" from our server. Its not fun, and if its not fun it doesn't belong here.

Well i agree with roller about deathmatch many player's don't like it and when the deathmatch mod starts a lot of people start leaving the server so i think it needs to be removed.

Considering that downfall curve starts somewhere at 21:00 not at 23:00 it further propagates my theory that it doesn't have anything to do with the deathmatch itself, but simply the fact it is getting late. However, although I haven't played in a while, I remember server used to crash, probably because of the many plugins. So, as a good samaritan, I step down my support for the deathmatch mode, and agree with roller and lolu for its removal. Of course our lord Maverick's decision is final.

The curve starts the go down at 21h but it gets way too fast down.One of the reasons is DM.There's no teories, you need to witness it yourself.If you could play cs ,and u came to server you would witness at 23:00 and see that as soon as DM starts the people will start leaving at the moment.

I partially agree because i have seen people playing too , some days

But i'll go with 50-50 maybe 1 hour late what Roller strictly said NO ,

No i don't ask for it to be 1 hour later because that solves nothing

But maybe everything can be tried ? Remove for a week and see if there's any change ? otherwise bring it back , or make it 1 more hour later

I support Saad's idea about trying it! It will be like an experiment and if there are more players we will probably remove it! If it is the opposite and still players exit when 23:00 then we will leave it! But just saying! Everything is up to Maverick, he decides!

I think deathmatch mod needs to be removed i don't know why you guys keep telling it needs to stay considering you guys don't even play deathmatch mod i'm sorry if i'm rude but it's true i personally play when the deathmatch mod starts and i haven't seen you guys playing it.
When i play the deathmatch mod some players even keep asking me if i can turn it off.

I don't think you will hear more opinion about this because i personally think no one else will come to reply on this topic because most of the players from the server come on the forum only to apply for VIP or for Admin and that's it.
I remember on the old forum i made a topic again about deathmatch and many people replied about it and said they don't like it.
I even asked people in the server if they like it and here is there answer.
