I tried to protect the player by provoking a provocative behavior that deserves a chat ban but not forever. I want you to be interested in the administrator and take some action.
I apologize that I do not have a demo that demonstrates the "exposition" on the part of the Administrator. After I entered the console, the demo recording command said that it had already started, but after I stopped the game in the game directory, I found nothing. Btw about demo , we have auto demo recording system ,so you can find the file with name "awesome cars+fun maps" something like that.
And for Linux , idk why he is doing all that .. Although he has been WARNED before many times. If someone even says f you for fun, they get a gag of 10mins wtf ?

6. Gag players from all communication that are swearing, spaming or abusing in any similar way, if player continue with chat abuse after multiple gags, then can be banned for no more than 30 min

He was warned by Nojarq twice or thrice IDK but to use admin rights for no reason is not good. So let's see what head admins say. I would say that lets take action. Thanks for reporting him.
