Whenever i get in the server i have to be ready to open console and say stop just so that demo stops filming maybe you guys could remove it ? even though i try to ignore it sometimes i just get an itch to stop the recording and sometimes it even get's me killed...

The sole purpose of recording these demos is in case you need to report someone for being a hacker or you did something amazing and wanna share it. What is the reason you would like to see that removed?

Probably, because its affecting fps

i can't even mention the amount of time again and again i have died due to stop demo or wasted time with it i know how to start demo and if i could know how to stop a demo i should atleast know how to record one i mean what? how dumb do you need to be to not know that you just literally right record (name) and that's it

Do you even realize what is the sole purpose of auto-recording a demo when you join the server?
And would you tell me why you are stopping it?

you already told me the "sole purpose" to auto record a demo and i think that these demos take space if you don't stop them at the startand lets be honest i dont see any people that like this auto demo thing

It doesn't take much space , and on every map it records again on the same exact file, not making new file every time hence saving space.

It was added when once there were many complaints about some admins abusing players , and breaking rules .

btw i can give you one tip . you should bind a key ..
bind F11 "stop"
so that you can just press F11 instead of writing

i guess i will try that still pretty useless ...

The reason why we auto demo recording is mainly is hackers because by the time you start a manual demo recording he could have gone or just stop the hack and if that happens at the moment you can easily go to cstrike folder get the demo and post it here, so we can punish him.

There wasn't more than one demo ever in your cstrike folder which btw takes up 50MB (for our server). In this day and age if you can not afford 50MB from your space you have to be really storage memory hungry.

To be honest, I don't see anyone who dislikes them either.
