I am Nojarq and i am pissed of what we allowed our server to become. Let me explain it simple - so currently to become VIP (VEEEEERY IMPORTONT MAAN) all you have to do is:
- Stay regular in server for minimum month, more or less. Lets say unspecified amount of time.
- Create account in the forum, post application acording to rules, stay regular in forum and ingame, getting approved by admins
- Expose private information - 1. Your Name 2. Your age. 3. Where are you from. If people don't know admin staffs names, age and etc. why do we need that information from them? I don't care about that, i care if the person derserve the VIP its simple as that.
So far, so good. Let see about Premium VIP:
So to become premum vip, all and i mean ALL you got to do is boost the server one time, thats it. And what you get with that is: all VIP extras + custom prefix by choise + slap/slay commands + amx_chat.
Do you notice something odd about the those two? It seems just like spending 1.20 euro for 3 hours boost equals months of server and forum time and admin recognition. No playtime requirement, no approval no shit. And i see Saad and other people talking about "you should respect him, he is Premium VIP" in the forum topics and only thing i can say is respect is not given, but earned. I know Premium VIP was approved long time ago and there was admin topic about it in the old forum (rip admin headquarters), but clearly the system doesn't work, its not popular, its unfair for normal players and most of all its easy exploited.
Now for one week we have 3 Premium VIPS: Basel Omad, Ammar and fun da king. So one big mouth spammer, one slap abuser and one who barely can make vip application are our Premium vips... Today i enter the server and the first thing i see in chat is fun da king and Basel omad spamming me for giving them new prefixes, even in admin chat. Since when prefix become something so casual and normal. You know in most of the servers prefix is top extra and not something admins and vips to play with ( Im talking about you Toxic! I saw you trolling Ammar by changing prefix with Head Admin and Owner ones!).
Maverick about that:

You will lose your Premium VIP without further notice if you are ever caught on using Slay or Slap for reasons different than:
people INTENTIONALY are killing teammates with vehicles = SLAY
players that are outside map, hiding from others or slowing the gameflow with similar way = SLAP
also
You are allowed to use team transfer only on yourself.
You are allowed to use amx_chat only for HI and BYE messages.
You are NOT allowed to threaten or blackmail others players.

This won't solve nothing, because those are rules for admins to follow not normal players or vips. Those people won't understand when to use those commands properly, because they don't care about using it in that way, they want to have fun with it.

With everything said here is my solution for everything:
- Premium VIP to be replaced with normal VIP status -because 1 boost don't grant you half admin status. So basically from now one if players boost the server they get only regular VIP status for 30 days.
- Normal VIP name to be changed to Awesome VIP - so people should know, who earned his place as VIP in the server.
- Slap/slay/ - no longer to be available to vips and normal players - We have admin staff to look out for server, we don't need and expect vips to do our work.
- Paid/Boost VIPs need to create forum account after or before boosting and only send their vip password in forum pm to Maverick.
- Prefix to be paid extra for normal players and VIPS - my proposal: 1 boost = 1 prefix by choise for 30 days. No more exploiting the prefix. As you may know i don't use prefix most of the time (exepect default admins status prefix), for the sole reason its not meaning shit anymore for player status and also Maverick never changed his prefix since server creation.
- Prefix rewarding should change - Maverick and i will create working prefix system in another topic.
- Both VIPS no longer will have access to admin chat - this chat is only for communication between admins and vips don't belong there.
That it for now, if you know a way to impove further our vip, feel free to share it.

I agree and both disagree with some of the suggestions. I disagree with removing slap slay from premium vips. Simple reason. Server needs boosts to be refreshed from time to time. And becoming premium vip (boosting) wouldn't be something attractive if they don't feel that they play a role in the server. I have played/play in 32/32 full time servers that give admin woth boost. Not vip. Admin. The reason why the players need month+ playing to become vip while everyone can become premium vip is because vip is permanent, premium vip is 30 days. I do agree about the vip and admin chat, also about the boost for prefix.

So far, I would agree with making a good difference between Regular VIP (Awesome VIP by Nojarq) and Premium VIP, also some changes about them.
Players should have their respective (Awesome) VIPs either by being active for real or by boosting ( with the limited time, 30 days for example). Premium VIPs should be the ones that are there for quite a long time, being active and helpful all the way through - in this case, admins that have remained active and just maybe a few of players.
Neutral about the prefixes, it really isn't much of a big deal - as long as players have acceptable ones.

Admin commands are named admin commands for a reason. They shouldn't be used as toys and it should be crystal clear. Anyone who uses them only to satisfy their immature needs without consulting other admins or without players' agreement should be stripped of them immediately.

All in all, what can I say is previously paid Admin and now Premium VIP are equally unpopular and pointless in terms of generating more new players by boosting the server. And once someone did it he would abuse his power on others by threatening them with a slap or slay if they don't do x.
Your suggestion to charge for prefix makes sense because this is the most people care about after they become VIP and when I think more, an idea is forming on my head and here it is.
If you want to become VIP you can pay with time or with boost, also if we want to get the most of the prefix idea we would need to normalize all prefixes to the standard ones and make people boost for them.

I get what you are saying, but this don't really apply for this server. Getting slap/slay don't really make this extra "more attractive". Premium VIP is not popular at all and even before that when was Paid Admin. Other servers are other servers, their ways don't necessary apply to our. Also i think making more paid extras accessible to buy, will result to more frequent boosts, maybe we should make menu and trails only for "Awesome VIPs" and made them available to buy with boosting. Also current vip is not by any means permanent, as you can see from this topic this topic.

Guys, give us suggestions what extras you think we should made available for players to get with boosting?

And Cutie Saad never changed his prefix or asked anyone Although people ask what kind of prefix is this "Support" but this cutie Saad doesn't mind anything because he is happy with everything he got. Thanks

- Maybe hats plugins ? Not that with 50 hats , maybe just 5-10 types of hats.
- Free Weapon at start ?
- More Gravity or something ? Bhop ? (although i don't like it)
- Glow ? I know that's childish but we have to introduce something which is catchy and they can't harm any player with it.
- Amount of hooks like 3 per round . (and for premium only , not even for us admins)
- Taking admin chat from P-VIPs but you know that green chat like on some servers ? when VIP's type it's in green maybe giving that.
Agree 1 prefix only , otherwise every other day they are asking for change :/

AwesomeVIP = Free (current VIPs)

As suggested all prefixes now will be normalized to the role of the server a certain user has.
There might be some changes till I am done, but generally, that would be it.
