What Moderators Should do - Simpe Guildelines

Okay, so I am creating this topic to help moderators the job their are supposed to do. If someone have a suggestion feel free to post them right away as a comment.

Let's first say who they are, at the moment. That is Saad, and The Apostle:

TO DO:

1.Move user topic about an application for VIP or Admin if user have more than one to the Recycle Bin.

2. Merge (new with old one) similar topics, for example:

3. Keep every new topic in VIP and Admin Applications according to the rules for application accordingly: VIP, Admin.

Example for VIP bad application:

What should you do in these case:
1. Warn the user by posting on his topic something like:

Your topic is not according to the rules, make sure you edit it as it should be.

2. If he does not comply in about, a day or two you must move his topic to the "Recycle Bin".
3. warn the user with forum warning.

Well that is for now on top of my head, if I come with something else later one I will include it on the list.
