I've found it.
Well, considering by how long he is at our server and by those minutes spent, I would give him a chance.
However, once the server goes full, we need as much of the activity as he can give, at least half an hour to hour daily. I don't like to be strict, but we have to set some conditions in order to have at least slightly organised administration. Either that, or at least to boost the server once or twice monthly.

Oh yea I agree he is my best friend but I would like to recommend him to be regular on forum as well as the server.
