This kind of topics would be sent to trash/recycle bin, because they don't comply with the rules for posting a report and are considered as spam!
1. Name of the Admin/Player
2. Reason you are complaining
3. Some kind of proof (screenshot or demo)
4. Screenshot of his IP when you type amx_showip in the console
