Hey hello thanks for the report, as I wrote in the comment of the video I feel like this is how the game actually works. But will keep looking at him more for sure.
here I have a similar video from cs go and it looks similar. I guess that is how the game works
I guess what you can do is check if with other players is the same, like the ones you know, are not using anything.
P.S. is not bad idea to summon Roller too as he is master expert at this.

Hey hi all. I play like 8 years and didn't cheated or used aim. I like to take headshot. I swear to God that I didn't used aim or any kind of hacks.

Retroyers says : "likely just ex_interp 0.1 and lag"
