This (Could) help out the server in some ways.

Not that we could not think of, but they are rather pointless. Plus I prefer the other way around when such a person comes around and already doing what the position would be, then that position gets created just for him.

Just a idea. thats it. i guess. also if it got added you dont have to give it to someone who created the idea. but. Owners do owner things

Yea but my point is we give to the one who creates it, that is my point. So for example, if you have been managing the community ( I don't know how and why but still ) for a couple of months then probably is a good idea to make it more recognizable with a prefix if it makes sense.
