~~Hello everyone. Today is the day we will check how much our admins were active for the previous month.~~

~~Since i am the Head Admin now, this will be regular. Every month there will be Admin activity check.~~

~~I want to see how much is our staff actually active, and how much time do we spend on our server daily~

1. Maverick

Maverick plays around 2 hours daily, in the night times mostly. This should be some ordinary time that admins should spend on server daily. Activity Score 5/10

2. Xinored

Xinored plays very rarely, which is quite bad. Even though he took a break, since he came back he has shown no improvement nor will to play more. Activity Score 2/10

3. Saad

Saad also plays very rarely. He had some private stuff last month, but in global he has shown low interest in the server in the past months. Activity Score 3/10

4. Black Panther

Black Panther is playing decently on a daily basis. A bit more then Maverick, mostly in the morning ST, and afternoon. Keep it that way. Activity Score 7/10

5. XxXBadBoyXxX

Really impressed with XxXBadBoyXxX. He has spent a lot of time on the server past month. Helping me in every way possible. Very impressive! Activity Score 9/10

6. *Mr.Fantastic*

Very disappointing. *Mr.Fantastic* has shown close to none activity in the past month.We all have jobs in some way, and other stuff. But he has shown no activity even in the previous couple of months. Activity Score 1/10

7. LINUX

LINUX has decreased his activity in the past month. Mostly playing for an hour or less, he didn't show some decent interest in server in the previous month. Activity Score 4/10

8. Shooooooter

Shooooooter played decently in the past month, but he had periods when he didn't play for days. PC Problems. I hope to see more activity when he gets internet back. Activity Score 4/10

9. Mr.T[]X!C

Mr.T[]X!C started the previous month very actively, and then stops playing in the middle of it. Then comes back, but is playing less actively. Guess you are excused only this time, since you are in love. I understand that, but don't forget us. I expect more activity in this month. Activity Score 4/10

10. Mr.Roller

And last but not least, me. I have given most of my daily time to this server since i came back. I am still trying to improve it and help Maverick manage it since i became Head Admin. I will play even more this month, and will work on bringing some new surprises to our community for the better of server. Activity Score 9/10

~~Anyone with the score of 4 or less should increase his activity.~~

Seems fair enough, and the scores make sense.

So it turns 60% of the admins are not serious about being regular as much as it is expected of them to contribute to the server with their presence. If you can not play at least as me, then what is the point of being an admin you are just sitting in that group for no reason. I would be glad if you can improve your score next month to at least average 5.

I don't think that even he knew what he was tryting to say.

Btw Maverick can you please stop using "What the heck" instead of "what the hell". Its annoying. This is not the stupid America, SAY IT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON WHAT THE HELLLLLLLLL. And what does "heck" even mean?

About the topic, to be fair i don't really plan to be more active in the server, since i only play for fun. I stoped being active admin long time ago, its just not official. But now having Roller as my successor i know the server is in good hands. Overall i like idea of keeping track of admins activity i just personally don't aggre with the scoring system, since its not based on actuall data, but more like personall opinion and avarage gametime.

Alright, I kinda have a complaint about this analysis of the activity. It's ratings are... cruel and really questionable.

So, first, admin shouldn't be much enforced to play the game if they don't have much of a free time to do that. Being an administrator at the game (specially this old grandpa of the shooting games) shouldn't be mistaken as a normal job that a man has to do in his real life. I mean, really, you have to play this game like at least 5 hours daily and not even that much, considering that Badboy has astonishing activity that almost hit 600 minutes, yet he got 9/10, I don't know what's for 10/10 then, to play 24 hours daily which is unhealthy to do as much as playing games more than 5 hours daily.

I'm trying to say that admin shouldn't be treated like cyborg and post that high conditions for him to have. In majority of communities, admin has fulfilled his part if he played like, hour or two daily at his server - or has fulfilled about 30 hours of activity per month. That's a reasonable condition that admin can (and must) achieve.

I have played and managed on a lot of giant cs 1.6 communities in the past couple of years, and i have gotten that habit of being really serious when it's about admins, and keeping stuff precisely managed.
I have also forgotten that our awesome cars community is unique in every way.
People here come to have fun (mostly) and fool around on forum, which essentially is what our community is made for.
I have read all of the replies and thought for a moment. Is this the first time i accept openly that i was wrong.
So the decision is next.
I wont check how much admins are active.
Play how much you can, just don't forget us.

Yea that is the thing I want. Every admin at least should have about 2 hours a day, just like what I said above it is reasonable and totally accomplishable if you really want to help and contribute in a decent way.

And yes their activity will be monitored because it is not fair towards the regular ones, it is or that or other way around when regular admins stop playing cause "it does not matter if they are regular or not". We are working towards supporting the one who plays because at the end of the day that is what is expected if some are not able then is totally okay to step down (for that period of time) and give the responsibility to someone else.
