Actually, I miss this skin too but, We can't because the color of this skin is black and it can't be visible to players at Dark maps like awp_snowfun2 , de_tesco ( T base ) , nw_gasstation and so on.

Yes this was the reason, for not more black horse and still is, plus his head is tiny.
