I had a job I could not get in

The activity shouldn't be looked that strictly. We all have our duties in our lives to fulfill and that's completely understandable. And this server isn't ranked close to the top of all servers, so we shouldn't have strict conditions like "we won't give admins to ones that aren't that active everyday".
The point of all this is that the admin is supposed to help this server a little, without abusing their given powers or acting like they weren't given with responsibility that we trusted in.
If you're feeling like you can help us, then you still got my approval.

The thing is we don't expect admin/vip candidates to play in the server everyday. What we need is, those people to be active members of awesome cars community, to participate in forum chat/topics and join the server regularly - at least 2-3 days on week. Maverick and I agreed that we also need official requirement for time past since first joining - 2 months for admin adn 1 month for VIP This requirement is not to make players play everyday but to see if those admin/vip candidates are really loyal to the server and not just "one weekers" like some admins/vips in the past.
About p!x33L i can suggest to be more active on the forum and speak his mind about how can he be helpfull to our community.

Why this server isn't ranked close to the top of all server ? because very few players play here , it gets full when someone boosts it.

When this server is not among the top server, when we don't have enough players , then why do we need admin ? What help ?

Let's say that you both have taken it too much literally. The way you have to treat your players should be smooth, firstly because we're talking about a game. Yeah, we don't have that much players, let's skip the ranking for now though, but it would be logical to be much more organised when the server is working it's finest 24/7. Otherwise, the players would take us for granted.

But, I don't like the idea of being that strict with such banal things as it's "admin cap". Anyone should have a chance be admin here, if it's shown some interest in our server. If someone's absent without reporting it or practically has admin just for peacocking, his admin shall be removed - second chance could be granted with some upper conditions. I know that we lack players and that we would have encountered ones that'll be confused with how much admins are there and how they just can't be one in an instant - mostly of them haven't experienced the real administrator's duty at the server.
If by chance you have to mix it up with admins being VIPs - and by that they got various buffs at the server - then I'll voluntarily show that I don't need VIP accessories to have fun and help others to be caught up with server's features.

First of all i don't know what you mean by that. If you mean that we are strict with our requirements for vip and admins, let me tell you thats now the case. In not so long past there was so many VIPs, that the whole meanng of the VIP status was like something normal that everyone expect to have. The server was so toxic at the time that we had to think of some ways to filter the players that deserver that VIP status, from the other ones. I guess you could call those requirements strict, but at the end of the day the system works - everyone that got VIP status deserves it.

I played in the similar server (like ours) long time ago and they was really strict with treir rules, you can't even say the word "shit" without being gaged or kicked. It was good server but no one was talking in chat, and admins always changed maps to the ones they like and acted like they are something more from the simple players and also their vip wasnt free, only with sms. Maverick and I hate those type of "community" so we want our players to have fun, without fear of being censored or feel like lower class, but without breaking the server rules.

Thats exactly what we do here. Of course everybody can become admin, but we had so many admins before and i mean like really good admins that had experience, but where are they now? The only old admins that still remain are LOLUMAD and Saad. Its not problem to find good admins, the problem is finding admins that will stay and care about the server even if they don't play in the server that often.

Its not like that. By becoming VIP you proved in some kind that you are loyal to the server and have good qualities. Its only natural players like that to become admins, but we are not confusing admin status like some high level VIP. Being admin and being VIP are two different ranks.
Sorry for the long post, it has nothing to do with the topic but i feel like you kinda misunderstanding some things about this server.

Just one more thing about this thread, since we started it here. Please, do not find this as quarrel, I actually got to know your opinions about the server for the first time and I'm pretty much astonished (positively). It's just that it has some flaws at the first sight:
I've never said that VIPs and admins are ranks. In fact, we can't really classify "admin" in outer meaning (from administration's hierarchy) as some type of rank if it has it's original purpose.
It's just that many players will mix this up and would find themself offended. That was the point and that's why the first sentence of mine was "you're taking it too much literally". Well, more precisive term would be "you're rushing into conclusion too fast".
And if any player looks like a worth candidate for an admin, he would need some proper instructions - but not in the way that he should be under pressure and left with only few tips, but more like an introduction into nice partnership that'll make him comfortable being in this team. That would define "smooth treatment". I just didn't find for some of players to have it.
I also had some fallacies within my opinion, but at least we (or just I) have something to learn from it.
