In the similar server we played before there were things that we really hated, so we decided they should never exist in our server.

1. Admins should not consider themselves as something more than the players and should not be arrogant.
2. The players should be allowed freedom of speech without being censored.
3. No admins are allowed to directly change the map. Not even Head Admins.
4. Players must be able to become VIP for free.
5. Hooks will never be added in this server!

Time has come, the test period has ended, and here is my final decision for you. Throughout the test period, I didn't really felt like your adminship is making any difference to the overall admin presence. Yeah, you were admin and didn't do anything wrong or bad and I guess at some point you did some job but it was like meh, nothing that much to worth make you and an admin for the future.

In the end, quality is more important than quantity and I don't feel like we need necessary two new admins if they both don't meet my expectations. Probably also worth mentioning that Onur, expresses his wish to remain Awesome VIP like a week ago.
