Ok Onur. He is obviously hacking as it is shown on the demo.
But. The problem is now to catch the same guy. When he enters the server next time he will be banned for a week.

But in future for everyone who reports someone, always leave his SteamID on the post.

You can get someones SteamID by typing status in console.
