While i cant support you the evidence becuase i dont know how to use a demo. i can tell some little tid bits like
1. He ALWAYS has 100+ latency.
but Admins. stay on the server until fantom comes. and hold tab. probably the entire map. he will have 100 plus latency.
2. this one is weird but. he has bad grammar and says (iam). and other stuff that i cant memorize.

He is actually hacker. We were in the server on the map nipperhouse with badboy and he saw that Fantom gladiator was using a silent aim hack and that is not his first time tho. I banned him for 300 mins as usual, but if he comes back again, I think we should ban him permanent! Also Badboy has the demo, so he can post it here
