1. IGN (in game name you want to be VIP)
2. Password ( your VIP password to only you can join )

if you ask "how I will join"?

Example you send your name "~Devil~" and password (example) "192192"
You will join with your name "~Devil~"
and type your password to console ( setinfo _pw 192192)

And you're done
