Requirements for trial admin?

Seeing some topics from new players for test admin got me thinking shouldn't we create a topic with some requirements like the topic for VIPs. This is what i suggest about future test admins:
1. Active time on server - minimum 1 month.
2. Active on the forum and with the community
3. Speaking/understanding english - its kinda necessary for communication between all admins and players. If bulgarian admins can't understand BG players then whats the point of being admin. The same goes and for the players from other countries.
4. Minimum 13 years old, because we know who hate 12 years old kids the most

Also i would like to suggest some changes about the current VIp requirements:
+Being loyal to the server - If you lost your VIP due inactivity without notice in the forum, the time for getting VIP again after application must be extend to minimum month. People shouln't take the word "loyal" lightly, it should mean somthing. If you are VIP in Awesome Cars Server then this is your main server before others.
+ being polite and friendly - to be changed to "Being active and friendly member to the awesome cars community"
+ being cool - its unnecessary should be removed from requirements . Being cool its different from the point of view and personality, nothing to do with VIP. If im not someone cool but i'm friendly to people and active on forum, server, i don't deserve VIP?
+ active /regular in-game - its kinda hard to be when the server is empty or with 2-3 players most the time. Maybe active on the forum and game 50 to 50%. Just saying its hard to be active where there is no one to play with.

This is how application is supposed to be. Also, the chance of joining should be increased if that player also wants to boost the server at least once per month, or donate to it.

And i guess you forgot mention that to apply for trail admin you must already be a VIP member of our server.

6. In what way you have helped/improved our server, so that you deserve to become admin? (or something similar)

Oh no i was only 12 years old when i was test admin but now i am 13
